Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel's rooms were uncomfortable, with issues like overheating, a loud buzzing sound from the ice machine, and cleanliness concerns. On a positive note, plenty of activities were available nearby. The service had some mixed experiences, with random cleanliness issues but also some helpful gestures like providing an extra chair. The location offered proximity to the city center and various dining options, but parking could be a hassle. The dining experience lacked options and should ideally be complimentary. However, the hotel's facilities were satisfactory overall.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and accommodating to my party, although a bit small for a 'Double Bed Suite with a Sofa Bed. ' Nevertheless, the two double beds and sofa pull-out provided enough space for us. The service was very friendly, which made up for any minor inconveniences. The location was great, especially being walkable to many attractions. The dining experience was not ideal, a bit overpriced for what we expected. However, the facilities were satisfactory and added value to our stay.
The hotel rooms were spacious with a couch area and two double beds but had issues like a dirty tub and broken knob. However, the staff was accommodating by providing clean towels, coffee packs, and compensatory offers. The location was convenient for accessing shops and restaurants, but there were challenges with parking. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety, although lack of a chance machine was a downside.
The hotel had spacious, clean rooms, ideal for work, but they were uncomfortably warm despite setting the air conditioning to 60 degrees. The service was top-notch with accommodating and friendly staff, even bringing an extra chair upon request. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from Nicolette Street, though further from the destination than initially stated. The dining options were overpriced and lackluster, serving mainly the same few dishes, but the Mediterranean cuisine was a pleasant surprise.
